Three Generations of Maui Surfer Girls
One of our dear surf instructors, Heather “H-Bomb” Nelson just sent me these photos. One is of Jalama State Park going off last weekend in Central California. Heather and I two years ago had an epic session out there before she got prego. It was some of the coldest surf I’ve ever surfed in, down in the early 50s I think.
Heather, her mom, & daughter Nala did a beach clean up for National service day on Martin Luther King Day. They cut out a MSG logo from a flyer & put it on lil’ Nala’s beenie. How cute is that! Three generations of Maui Surfer Girls giving back & cleaning up their local beaches – way to represent ladies!
