Prices for the following are included on the registration page and are visible prior to entering any credit card information. Retail items can be purchased full price at camp or at time of booking for a prepaid discount.

Teen Camp Scholarships
If you are a teen girl between the ages of 13-17 and in need of financial assistance to attend the 2026 Summer Camp, you may apply for a scholarship through the non-profit organization Mana O Maui.
The application period is now OPEN. The deadline to apply is April 15, 2026. Recipients will be notified by May 1, 2026. Applicants may be contacted prior to that date for a Zoom video interview.
Scholarship Applicant Requirements:
- Must be between the ages of 13-17 as of camp start
- Must be able to attend the entire camp session
- Must be in need of financial aid
- Priority will be given to Maui County residents affected by the August 2023 fires or the March 2026 floods
The scholarship funds provided will cover the full or partial cost of the camp tuition plus taxes & fees. Airfare, photo packages and retail add-ons are not included.

Payments & Cancellations
2026 Payment and Cancellation Policies
- The $900 tuition deposit + taxes & registration fee will reserve your enrollment at summer camp.
- We accept VISA, MC, AMEX, Discover. If you need to pay via another method, please email us before registering at [email protected]
- We charge a $200 processing fee on all cancellations (except in the instance that we, Maui Surfer Girls, have to cancel due to situations beyond our control).
- ALL SUMMER CAMP SESSIONS WILL NEED TO BE PAID IN FULL 90 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CAMP START DATE. The final payment is automatically charged to the same card that the deposit was paid with, 90 days prior to camp.
- Tuition will NOT be pro-rated if the camper must arrive after our opening day or leave before our closing day.
- The registration deposit is PARTIALLY REFUNDABLE (deposit minus the $200 processing fee) up to 90 days prior to your camp start date. Within 90 days of the summer camp start, your deposit becomes non-refundable except for instances listed in the medical/non-medical emergencies listed below.
- The final payment is NON-REFUNDABLE except for instances listed in the medical/non-medical emergencies listed below.
- Any non-refundable amount due to cancellation can be issued as a non-refundable credit towards a future summer camp in the form of a promo code.
MEDICAL EMERGENCY CANCELLATIONS
In the unfortunate event of a medical emergency causing the camper to cancel attendance within 90 days of camp start, we will need a doctor’s note to honor any refunds. This refund will be determined on a case by case basis depending on how many staff hours were put in to fill your spot from waitlist or marketing efforts. If we are able to fill the spot, you will receive a partial refund (minus $200 processing fee, service fees + marketing costs). If we are unable to fill your spot, you will receive a 50% refund IF a doctor’s note has been received. If no doctor’s note has been received, no refund will be issued.
NON-MEDICAL EMERGENCY CANCELLATIONS
For non-medical emergencies within 90 days of summer camp start date, partial refunds will only be issued if we are able to fill your spot. This refund will be determined on a case by case basis depending on how many staff hours were put in to fill your spot from waitlist or marketing efforts. If we are able to fill the spot, you will receive a partial refund (minus $200 processing fee, service fees + marketing costs). If we are unable to fill your spot, no refund will be issued.
Discounts
Discounts are available for Alumni campers, kama’aina and siblings attending camp together. Discounts are not combinable.
