Camp Director & Retail Manager
Carole Berthiaume started out as a surf instructor with Maui Surfer Girls back in 2013. Carole has 30 years of surf experience including competitive surfing on the US East Coast & in Florida where she grew up. Her degree in Marine Biology goes hand in hand with her love of the ocean. In 2020, she transitioned from a surf instructor to become our retail merchandise manager, social media & website assistant and also took over as Camp Director for our women’s and teen girls overnight camps. Carole wears many hats but loves every one of them and brings MSG dedication and stoke no matter what she is working on!
